So I will say up front, this case isn't top tier... It's good for what it can do; carry your cues safely with decent protection, but it has a slight flaw... Size, specifically with the mesh interior. Others have stated the inside isn't designed with cues that have joint protectors, but it's actually slightly worse... I have full sized, 58", fiberglass GSE cues and those cues CAN'T fit normally, even without their joint protectors. Now, the case should do its job of protecting the cues outright, sure, but joint protection is to keep stuff from getting IN the cue, that includes dust and MESH debris (and the mesh will flake off and around the cue). That said, you HAVE TO CUT the mesh to fit a full sized cue with its joint protectors inside this case. That... or use it for shorter cues. I personally still like it and am willing to cut and alter the mesh, because I don't need the extra ball pocket and chalk holes (honestly that's all that's in the way). But that is my reason for 4 out of 5. Just remove the ball and chalk pockets and extend the cue cutouts. Aside from that, it's a great case.

I acquired the PEKREWS Hard Shell Pool Cue Case to safely transport and store my cues, and it has impressed me with both its design and functionality. What I liked first was the appearance, the black finish with clean stitching gives it a professional, sleek look that stands out in the best way. It doesn’t look overly bulky or flashy, but still has a solid presence. The quality is clearly there. The hard shell offers excellent protection, and the 10 padded slots inside securely hold up to 4 butts and 4 shafts without any movement or concern about damage. The padding is thick and well-placed, and the cues slide in and out smoothly. This is a really nice pool cue case. It can store up to four pool cues along with various accessories such as cue chalk. The padding on the inside is particularly good, not only is it an attractive felt color but the foam sleeve holders are removable. The outside of the case is similar quality, it’s made of a durable plastic material that isn’t too heavy and has a shoulder strap for ease of carry. The zippers on the outside of the case are good quality so they won’t break easily at all. For the money, it makes carrying pool cues for the whole family or team easy with a very attractive design.

I've played pool for over 20 years and have used just about every style of case available. I've always been a fan of the briefcase-style box cases, and I wanted to like this. It got delivered today, and like every other box case, you're limited to what you can carry, which is pretty much your cues, a couple cubes of chalk, and a cue ball. Could toss a glove loosely inside the case, but if you carry anything else like a weight bolt kit, not happening. The cues seem to fit the slots nicely, and they seem to be pretty secure, but the biggest downfall for me is you can barely fit a but with a joint protector. A shaft will not fit at all if you have the joint protector without cutting out more of the foam. This was the deal breaker for me on this case. The exterior looks nice, but it's not solid. It is a plastic case, and could easily be damaged, dented, etc. with not a lot of force. The zippers feel sturdy and do have locking loops so you can use a small travel lock to secure it. Overall: I would not recommend this case for a serious player, as you're very limited to what equipment you can carry and cannot transport the cues with joint protectors without modifying the case. I also would not trust this case to survive being handled by baggage handlers for flights.

This case is built solid! I'm not the most consistent of pool players, but when I do play, I like to be in style. This case looks and feels good. The zipper with its hook through locking option is a very nice touch. Not the lightest nor the heaviest, but holds all my equipment. No frills, just a nice easy set-up case. Remove as many inserts as needed and you can get up to four pool sticks with accessories. The case did gas a bit when first opened, so I left it open on the front porch over night and all is well. Love it.

This case is light and sturdy. It feels like a similar material to a soft sided suitcase. It has a shoulder strap and handles as 2 ways to carry the case. The foam insert has a variety of removable components so you can carry chalk, pool sticks and other small accessories. There's plenty of room if you wanted to remove the foam and customize in a different way. If you regularly travel with pool sticks, this is a very easy way to ensure your sticks aren't damaged in transit. Given the level of padding, I would be comfortable checking this baggage on an airplane or giving it to a shipping provider inside of a box. You may want to save the cardboard box it comes in for this use.
