I have been shopping around for a new case for my 4 cues. I had a 16 year old cuetec hardcase that fell apart. the top entry stiching came apart and the fake leather coating began to peel. I feel that i was sold a fake. After looking at cases from all price ranges I just could not see spending hundred on a bloody case. I also did not want to go too cheap because I need my 4 cues protected. I found this MangoRun case and was impressed by all the reviews, the prices was right and it looked pretty rugged for a soft case. I too was impressed when I recieved it. The materials look and feel very well made. Zippers are smooth, lots of room for your accessories, the thin straps in the back are nicely paded and the interior is velvet and hold my cues just fine. Reasonable price while providing enough capacity to carry all of my equipment (two butts, five shafts, plus ample room for accessories). Trade-off between a hard case vs thick padding for protection. The downside is the case looks bucky. This case uses tubes to hold the butts and shafts in place. It looks OK in the video but I feel clumsy when actually use it. I'm not sure if I will grow into liking the tube idea. At the moment I prefer the 'slots' of the hardcase. I buy this case thinking that I may need to haul all my equipment around. It does the job. But the inconvenience makes me question whether I really need to haul all of them around. At the moment, I still stick to my old case. My wife bought this for us to condense the amount of cases we took when we went out. I absolutely love it. It is very durable and definitely will protect your cues from banging around from the outside world but from inside as well. The lining also will help protect them if you forget them in the car, short term from the heat and a little longer from the cold. It does a great job providing short term protection from the rain.
