I was worried that my fiancé would be upset that I bought this for our Great Dane puppy, but we both love it. We can track her Activity and Sleep throughout the day. The only thing I would change (if technology would allow it), is to make it so that we can refresh it while we are at work and she is at home. As of right now we have to be in the same room as her. I read other reviews prior to purchase and several made reference to the plastic ring breaking. The plastic clear ring that goes around the pod when dangling from collar broke after one trip to the park. Unfortunately I did not notice it until I was home. I backtracked and was able to find it. The device does come with a rubber holster that attaches securely to the collar and I would recommend using that from the beginning. You can track activity time but not distance. I am really disappointed. The poof app is not working. We tried it on 2 different cell phones and one computer and always receive a network connecting error even though there are no wifi problems. We tried it so many times, but cannot connect and always receive the same error message. We contacted customer support but have not received an answer. So far the poof is useless and we cannot use it. It was a waste of money. ... show more

I download the app and try to pair with the tracker with the app; however, the app stated this error message: this device has already been paired. The box looked brand new.. I'm not sure how this has already been registered and paired with another dog prior. I'm returning this and will look for another better product. ... show more

Not what I was expecting at all. Says it tracks your pets activity but it’s just a random number. I wanted to be able to track my dogs steps/milage as we hike daily. No such thing with this....waste of money if u want something for this purpose.

    • Clasp broke twice then it was lost forever
Fell off within the first few days. Noticed that the band that secured it was cheap plastic. Superglued it on and it still broke again and now I cannot find it. Lost forever, wasted money.
