I really like this oil. It makes a light salad dressing; I even use it to make homemade mayonnaise. I use it for cakes, muffins, and even Sourdough breads. It is not as heavy tasting as the Robust or regular Olive oils, so it's an all-around use of oils.

There are many choices now in brands sizes, and even olive oil blended with other oils. I decidec to try Pompeian Olive Oil again and was not disappointed. It has a fresh and delicate olive flavor that does not over power the food it is used in or with.
