I searched far and wide for quality outdoor Adirondack chairs that were comfortable, beautiful and relatively affordable. The Aruba color is vibrant and pops against our artificial grass poolside. They were super simple to put together. The first one took me (one person) 20 minutes. Did the next three in 15 minutes each. Any complaints you read about the instructions or difficulty to put together is definitely attributed to the person not the chair. They are wide enough to be very comfortable for big people but not too heavy to move around as needed. I am glad I spent a little more for the curved back! These have been THE BEST outside chairs we have ever purchased. They are sturdy and colorfast. The parts were all included and all holes lined up perfectly. We are not the most handy old couple, but we managed to put them both together in a short afternoon without filing for divorce. They have been outside on our deck since they were purchased. Exposed to the salt air, rain, wind and Oregon coastal sunshine (Ha!) and they still look new. The hardware does not show a speck of tarnish or rust. Our neighbors have had their chairs for 4 years, also look new. I would recommend any Polywood product. The quality is better than anything we have seen. I'm guessing these will be the last chairs we'll be needing. ... show more

These chairs are not only very handsome, but extremely comfortable as well. They are suuuuuper spacious, keep that in mind when space planning. Not too difficult to put together. Also, substantially heavy. Very easy to clean. The black color gets them warm in the sun, but it’s not bothersome to any of us, no regrets here at all; getting more pieces in the same style. I bought four chairs and two small tables. Assembly was straight forward. I did it by myself (65 year old man) but it would have gone faster with a helper. I bought the black color and even in 100 degree heat it’s not too hot to the touch. Great quality and fitment. Comfortable. I probably will buy cushions. First thing my kids said - those are cool chairs. Sturdy durable and were easy to assemble. They do get uncomfortable after awhile but it’s hard plastic what do you expect. Perfect for my deck. Low maintenance was the main draw plus I love an Adirondack chair. Leisure line makes the most comfy ones but Amazon doesn’t sell, they are more traditional looking and limited colors so went with polywood instead. ... show more
