The media could not be loaded. Spend the extra couple dollars and get the good one. This one is sufficient but the handle hits the table because it’s too big. There is a blue film you have to remove and it’s impossible to get it off in the corners without taking the whole thing apart. Also the clear piece you work on has scratches and isn’t actually clear.     • Gears stripped out
After using maybe 10 times now, the gears have all stripped out on the inside making using the crank impossible. I have had it for 2 months as I bought it to start making clay earrings and just got in to the hang of it.

The media could not be loaded. Always felt flimsy and the handle always fell out. Now it’s stopped rolling completely. Tools that it came with have also broken during normal use. I’ve had to upgrade many pieces already

The first time I used this, it worked fine, so I threw out the original packaging. Second time I went to use it several weeks later, and it’s not working well at all. It’s almost like it’s skipping gears and won’t roll the polymer clay. Unfortunately I didn’t keep the original packaging so I am out of my $32. The machine itself is very cheaply made, easy to break, and doesn’t work like it should. The rest of the tools are fine but I highly recommend to not buy this.
