Everything was included. The house is actually 6.5 ft. I had to build the base first before building the foundation so it would fit perfectly. Make sure the ground is leveled evenly. You have to follow the instructions step by step. If not, you will have to start over. It was difficult setting up at first due to it being winding. I had to use boards and rocks to prevent the house from falling sideways. You would need two to three people to help hold the beams. Once I added the cross beams, the house held on strong.
