The one issue I have had with them is that they don’t always charge properly when plugged into my laptop, and also the battery does not last nearly as long as it claims it does. This headset is comfortable and has a good call quality with effective noise canceling, but I was disappointed by two critical issues: 1. The battery life. It doesn’t seem to last very long compared to the many other Plantronics headsets and phones I’ve used over the years. Making this issue much worse: I often get on a call and the headset’s cheerful voice tells me “talk time eight hours remaining” and then less than fifteen minutes later “battery low” and a few minutes after that “charge headset” and it’s dead. 2. The bluetooth range is very poor. Again disappointing compared to other Plantronics headsets I have used which are usually pretty good. Less than 20 feet away with no walls between myself and laptop I often get a badly degraded signal, especially people telling me “you’re breaking up!” To make this worse often the signal does not get restored when I move back toward the computer, and I need to quickly turn it off and back on to get the signal clear again. I bought this largely based on previous experience with Plantronics which had been excellent. I am disappointed this particular product failed to live up to this expectation, and failed rather spectacularly considering these failure points were issues I had hoped to avoid specifically by buying this brand and model. ... show more

Good built quality but poor audio quality, poor microphone sound quality and bad software support and customer service. It's very solid built comparing to my Jabra Engaged 75. However, the sound quality is bad in my experience no matter the audio or microphone when I was making a call paired with the iPhone. First of all, people on the phone of the other end sounded muffled and clicked out ; secondly, my voice sounded poorly with static noise, last but not least, the noice cancellation of microphone was just ok because people's sound from the next door can still be heard. The last straw was its unstable software update and support was poor. The firmware update kept getting disconnected with no reason and was unable to quit to exist. And the website was confusing and unfriendly. If you attempted to call the customer service, you would be asked many questions in order to identify how big is your organization and how many devices did you have. It made me felt like I was too unimportant to ask for their support. Overall, I tried to like the device but its sound quality and service were not worth its price. ... show more

My husband loves this headset. This is the second one he's ordered. The first was ordered at the beginning of covid and is simply worn out now. That being said, it held up to a lot of use. His sister tried them recently and got one for herself as well. The price is totally worth it!

Bought these even though there were cheaper headsets available. Use these for telehealth patients and needed a headset that was both comfortable and had a long battery live. Also wanted to have a good sound quality and soft, comfortable over the ear wear. My wife used them for first time yesterday and sound quality was good, active noise cancellation worked well, and they kept a charge the entire day. Definitely recommend them for folks who are on video calls all day. ... show more

    • Canceling the noise of my voice??

Every day business user - loved my old Jabra 65 but when it physically broke (after ~5 years) I wanted some additional features - Plantronics has those features but they were terribly implemented and I returned the device, choosing instead to re-buy my good ol 65... I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR MY VOICE PLAYED BACK TO ME! Even with the ANC off (supposedly*) the mic was playing my voice back in the earphones. I found a setting in the software** (Sidetone) but it made no difference. *I was about to contact support when I realized that even with the ANC off it was playing a hiss in my ears when no call was connected (obviously a "feature") and I gave up. **The software continuously crashed. ... show more

I bought the voyager focus 2 and the bluetooth range is not accurate. Im using the usb option and its plugged into my computer. When i go to my kitchen, which is about 15 ft away maybe less, the audio begins to cut out and gets staticky. That is my only complaint.
