We bought the pet washing station in preparation of getting two new puppies. The station has an adjustable floor so that I can have the puppies up higher so I don't have to bend over the whole time trying to bathe them. The floor lowers as well for when they get bigger. The station has lighting that helps in the dim lit room that it is in along with towel bars and a ledge to set shampoos on. The sprayer has a good spray, not to hard, but not weak. It is perfect for the pups and doesn't hurt them. The stairs will be very convenient when the puppies get bigger, they can walk in and I don't have to try to lift them. It has tread on the ramp to help with slipping. I am very happy with this washing station and would recommend it to anyone looking for one.

I picked this dog wash after reading every review and watching every video. It looked like it was much more elegant and better built than any of the others in its price range, and better than the more expensive ones, too. Key advantages included the use of standard household plumbing connections (instead of outdoor hoses or random non-standard supply and drain lines), nice faucet and sprayer, LED lighting, ability to put the faucet and sprayer anywhere along the back ledge, nice drawer, 3 levels for the adjustable floor panels. One of the key deciders for me was the folding ramp that becomes the door. More convenient than pull-out steps and truly waterproof. The reviews were right - The materials and construction of this dog wash are really good. Even the packaging was amazing: intricately designed and kept everything safe during shipping. I've turned a hard spray onto the door, all the corners, edges, and places where the top section joins the lower part, and no water leaked through. The photos show it hooked up with hoses in our garage, but it will be properly plumbed into the pantry/laundry room when we get around to it. We also plan to use it for washing large pots and sheet pans and for prepping fruits and veggies for drying and canning, saving us from needing a back-kitchen sink. Little picky things: - The metal-wound spray hose comes with a weight that clamps onto it. That prevents you from pulling the full length out when needed. We attached the weight to the hose with wire and a short section of 1/2" irrigation tubing so it glides smoothly. - The lever you pull up to direct the water to the spray head falls back down when you turn off the water. It's supposed to do that, but it is a pain to pull it back up every time you turn the water back on. We use a zip-tie to hold it in the up position. - The stainless steel surfaces of the tub are protected during shipping by sticky sheets of plastic. Nice, but whoever put the plastic sheeting on went crazy with a knife when cutting off each piece, leaving shallow scratches in the metal. It's only cosmetic, but it didn't need to be this way.

Update 2: company sent us new light and we were able to replace the light fairly easily. At times, having something wrong can be frustrating, but their customer service for the entire transaction is 10 star!! Highly recommend. Update 1: Customer service by this company Polimo cannot be beat -- and in today's world of subpar customer service, that is such a welcome change. I am waiting on a replacement part, but Polimo is doing all they can to remedy our small issues. They have followed up several times and hopefully when new part comes, all will be good! Original review: Will come back and update because I do have a few minor issues and the seller has advised what to do but I wanted to include our photos. We have 2 australian shepherds- about 65-70 lbs and they have PLENTY of room in 50in tub. The plumbers who installed took pics stating their wives will probably make them get one lol. I was between this and another similarly priced unit. I liked the lights on this one so went with this one. I knew what the ramp looked like, and I still like the design of the "other" better, but the lights won out because we have tub in garage and lighting isn't always great. Pros: solid, PRETTY, high quality unit that stands out. Adjustable legs, strong water pressure, plenty of room. Cons: one light isnt working for us, I need to have my husband take out light unit and see if there are loose wires. We have a few scratches/marks that i need to try and scrub with their pad. Not a hige deal, but wish we didnt have to worry about it. The ramp is still slippery even with grips. It will take some time for my pups to figure this out. I may have to add something to help them out or I worry that they will become afraid and then they won't use it anyway - which is why I went with this more expensive method. I will update as soon as I can including more details on plumbing. I know we had to pay quite a bit for it to be plumbed, and we needed some kind of disconnect so that hoses don't freeze...
