Features

  • ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY: Polara Ultimate Straight Self Correcting Golf Balls are for the golfer whose problem is significant and persistent hooking or slicing off the tee. The unique 2-piece construction consists of a central core and an outer cover.
  • HOW IT WORKS: From the tee, point the arrow on the ball directly at your target, or line it up with the center of the fairway. From the fairway, play the ball "as it lies" or re-adjust the ball orientation so the arrow again points at your target.
  • LESS AERODYNAMIC LIFT: Our Straight Self Correcting Golf Balls fly so straight because they exhibit less aerodynamic lift than other golf balls. This benefit of reduces hooks and fixes slices, but also resulting in lower than normal ball flight.
  • IMPROVE YOUR GAME: Our golf balls are designed to correct hooks and slices which means, if you slice a golf ball 100 feet, the exact same swing with our anti-slice golf ball would slice about 25 ft., leaving you in the fairway instead of the rough.
  • JUST FOR FUN: The Polara Ultimate Straight Self Correcting Golf Balls are designated for recreational golfers; not for tournament play.

  • As advertised
Color: Ultimate Straight (White)
This will help you not slice or hook, but as the company actually says, it will cut distance. But there is a caveat to this distance reduction. I can smash a normal ball 280 to 300 in fair conditions. I can't get the Polara over 220 yards. It just dives early in flight. However, it actually goes 10+ yards farther with wedges to 5 iron. Likely a softer compression that is accounting for the driver distance limitation. Should be obvious but one can still push and pull the ball to extremes. If you align the arrow on the Polara to target like you would a putt, it is a lot harder to purposely hook or slice/fade the ball. So playing recreationally for friendly bets, i use a normal ball for driving and Polara for approaches and par 3s. ... show more

  • These Work!
Color: Ultimate Straight (White)
I have battled a slice forever, too many of my shots end up deep in the rough. I have played two rounds so far and these really work. I am a high-handicap golfer that rarely breaks a 100. First two rounds with these balls are in the low 90s.

  • Really excited when I recieved them!
Color: Ultimate Straight (White)
Honesty, I can't say either they work or not. After a break of 12+ years and with inconsistent swings, my neighbor invited me out for a round of golf at our local par3 course. I dreaded to play since back then I had a terrible slice correcting it with a hook. A bad one as well! I didn't have a set of clubs and used my neighbors extra set he had. Bought a 12 pack of recycled 2 piece Callaways from the pro shop, teed up and off it went slicing right losing sight of it. Took a mulligan and hooked landing about 10 yards from the middle of the fairway. I'll take it! That round I lost 6 balls due to either a slice, hook or water hazard. Began going out more often with my neighbor that I ended up buying a set of used clubs. Taylormade RAC OS... Must've been the clubs since I fairly kept my shots playable in the fairway majority of the times playing with the leftover Callaways I had and losing 3 balls. But I still hooked or sliced. Just not as bad as 12 years ago. I wanted to improve my game just a tad more so I started looking around on the internet to help me. Read about the Wilson Ultra 500 Straight and the Polara bought a pack of both to try them out on our next round. After receiving them both I couldn't wait for my neighbor I HAD to go give them a try and played a solo game. First tee was the Wilson. Excellent feel from the face, ball flight, good trajectory and right down the middle of the fairway landing approximately 95 yards with a PW. Teed up the Polara aiming at the pin with arrows as stated on the sleeve and same height as the Wilson. Polara had excellent feel off the face. Trajectory was fairly low and had somewhat of a slice. Ball came to a stop approximately 85 yard and about 10 yards to the right of the middle of the fairway. Like I mentioned I have an inconsistent swing. So it's possible that my swing caused it. Wilson did great on the green. Good stopping power set up for my 3rd shot. With the Polara you can either play it as it lays or touch the ball and aim using the arrows. I played as it laid. I know the arrow marked on the ball wasn't aimed to the pin as you can see from the dimple arrangement. Polara also had good stopping power. Used a LW for both. Second hole... PAR 4... 233 yards... Wilson was first up. Teed up as normal with the middle of the ball to the crown of my driver. R580 10.5 degrees. Again, excellent feel... good trajectory and right down the middle of the fairway at 205 yards. I'm liking the Wilsons and my game is slamming so far! Next up is Polara... Teed high as its states... I'd say 1/4 of the bottom of the ball with the crown of my driver. Here goes nothing... Great feel... Again, low trajectory and little of a slice at 180 yards. Must've been my swing... No one was tailing me so I teed up another Polara same way. Aiming at the pin and height. What the 😳!!! Same results. I couldn't believe it so I teed up another... This flew somewhat straighter and trajectory was fairly higher. Came to a stop approximately 195 yards and 5 yards to the right of the middle of the fairway. So to make a long review short, they really don't do much for me. At the end of the round I had an equal results on both. At times the Wilsons would slice but still close to the middle of the fairway. Trajectory and distance was excellent at every hit, and good stopping power on the green. The Polara also was the same. So to be frank I can't give an honest review since they both performed quit the same with me although i did lose 2 Polars going into the water. I didn't lose any of the Wilsons. Gave 5 stars because they are still excellent. Don't expect these to fly perfectly straight and go where you want them to go. My game has definitely improved and I can FINALLY enjoy around or 2! ... show more

  • Definitely a cheater ball!
Color: Ultimate Straight (White)
This ball hits straight every time. No matter how bad you sliced before this will go right where your aiming. It fixes nothing about your golf game. Keep your bad swing and hit straight. Definitely a guilt of cheating.

  • Great for the weekend player who wants to enjoy the round more.
Color: Ultimate Straight (White)
Like most. I love the game. Have played since in my teens, in my ladder 40’s now and still plagued with the annoying slice issue that most weekend golfers have. Just finished my first round with these. 18 holes. Not a ball lost. That makes it immediately more enjoyable. Used this ball for all tee shots. Irons and woods. Chose to use my typical softer ball for my 2nd and so on finesse shots closer to the green. As the other review’s mention. Minor loss of distance was noticed but not enough that I even cared. Still sitting roughly the same distance as the other golfers I was playing like usual but in the short grass instead of the rough. Did notice a different sound when hitting these balls. Not the typical crisp sound that fairway woods make when ball is hit crisp. We all know that sound. Even had a par 3. 116 yards. Used a pitching wedge. Ball hit roughly 14 inches from the hole and backed up to 8 inches from the hole. So product will still produce backspin. Only negative of the day. If ball is not hit firm. Balls don’t seem to go as far as a normal compression balls but again ball was not hit solidly. All and all. I, like most was skeptical of the validity of this product when I purchased it but when and if I loose several I will purchase these again. Ball may not be “legal” for use in professional tournament play but I accepted years ago I’m not going to get my PGA card anytime soon. Deliberately didn’t mention to my friends till the 12th hole to see if they would notice. All finally wanted to know how I was consistently staying in the fairway. Showed the product to them. All said same statement. “Who cares” and all 3 borrowed a ball from me to use and all returned the ball back to me at the end of the round. Because they didn’t loose there ball either. All stated they would be purchasing these balls. Very solid product that performs exactly how it is promised. Thank you for increasing the enjoyment of my favorite pastime. ... show more
