It's hit or miss when buying sealed products from the good ole interwebs these days (whether it be Pokémon, MTG or any collectible cards). But, I can say this was delivered intact with no evidence of tampering. If so, it's pretty good. The box came undamaged which is always nice to see as well.     • Don’t buy the used like new.
Should be obvious but do not buy if it says used like new. They will all be resealed. They had all the code cards all of them even worked but. Not a single hit and the cards literally slid out the pack as I took them out I pretty much order a bulk from this set.

Mine was fully sealed and got the promo card. My pulls were pretty good. The cost of the box depends on the seller. 10/10 but be very careful. I probably just got lucky.
