The first Wii-DS linked title…You can connect Wii to DS using wireless connections. DS Battle Mode(Requires DS systems for all players.) Four players can gather together and battle while using their own Pokémon on their Diamond/Pearl games. All players use the DS as a controller in this mode, and it uses the same battle interface that is used in Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl. • It’s cool
What I got was great but I had slightly higher expectations for this game. Takes a lot of grinding to unlock new Pokémon unless you have a finished DS game lying around.

  • Good old game
Okay this is a really good old game for Pokémon. But be warned it is somewhat ridged when linking it to Pearl or Diamond. You can upload your Pokémon to it from these two games, but once linked only that specific game file can be used. If you use another file you cannot upload to the Battle Revolution Game. Also you can only battle online with people with the same game. Boy I hope they fix this in the future. ... show more

  • It's alright . . . however
The game was okay but not how I envisioned it to be. I only recently bought a wii and I have a Nintendo ds so I can't compare it to XD or coliseum. however I use to own the two pokemon stadium games on Nintendo 64 and they were awesome, So I believed since this was the newest game available it would be the best. But I wrong. First of all unless you have diamond and pearl who can only use the 6 rental pokemon. They are more rental pokemon but you only receive them if you keep battling the rental battles. I do have pokemon pearl and diamond however all my pokemon are at different levels and it is harder to use them since some of the battles your opponent's pokemon will be on the level of your strongest pokemon. I also beat the game in 15 hours so it felt rushed, so it's a bit pricey in my opinion. If you like pokemon battles, you'll probably like this game. I just wish they would have allowed more pokemon on the game to battle with. ... show more

  • Botched match-making is biggest flaw
This really seems like a Wii expansion pack for the Diamond/Pearl DS games. Great graphics make your beloved pokemon come alive. For a full-price game, a solo quest really seems like it would be appropriate. For those with D/P the worst problem is Nintendo's on-line match-making system which requires extra friend codes and doesn't even give you a game lobby so you can find someone you'd think might be a good match for you. If you have the DS game already this is a great purchase. If your kids and their friends have them, this will make your house the game center of the universe! But if you don't have pokemon playing friends, I'd recommend finding a web site of other players to connect up with so you don't have to rely on the game's match making ability (or lack of it). And if you don't have Diamond or Pearl I don't think it's worth the price. ... show more

  • disappointed
I did order a used copy but I did expect it to be good. The copy that I got did not work. I have not returned it because I am new with computer operation and was not sure how to return it. My grandson is still wanting a copy of this game and I am willing to pay for a new copy if I knew how to return the copy I have. ... show more

  • Pokemon Battle Revolution for Nintendo Wii.
A good game of Pokemon for Nintendo Wii that connects to your Nintendo DS Lite Pokemon games like Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.
