I ordered a large, as should have been correct for measurements, but they are a little loose around the thighs and end up riding up throughout the day. They're still comfortable to wear, especially when not engaging in exercise or physical work. If I order again I'd order a medium instead.

If you are looking for thick material, these are your briefs! If you aren't, well, then they probably aren't... The hems lines show through jeans, they are so thick. The underwear do have a double layer in the crotch area, and feel like you're wearing a panty liner. I'd say these are good for wearing under skirts, when you want to feel like there's real protection in case the wind blows the wrong way. I would not recommend these for wearing beneath pants.
