I bought one for my wife's Pixel 4a. Works perfectly, as she used it with the screen protector. Well-built and rugged. Great case. The same is true for the one I bought for my 5a. I wanted to use it without the screen protector as I have a tempered glass protector already on it. And that's the problem. I cannot use it's 'blank' ring because it pushes up on the tempered glass protector. So the only way I can use it is with their screen protector, which I don't care for. I like tempered glass. Otherwise, if you are looking for a great alternative to OtterBox, and want to use their plastic screen protector, this is the case for you. ... show more

The case just arrived today, and I must say that it looks GREAT! The case comes with 2 screen *FRAMES* - first one has a flimsy built-in screen protector - second one does NOT have a built-in screen protector. The question came up that: Does the frame that doesn't have a built-in screen protector fit on the phone if you have *TEMPERED GLASS* screen protector? They answer is *YES*, and i might add that you should get the tempered glass protector with the install device so it fits perfectly, because when the frame goes over it you will not have much of a gap between the case frame and the tempered glass protector. Since I tend to upgrade with their cases each year with my phone upgrade anyway. Poetic is great for having the new cases lined up and ready before the phone is ready so people can get the protection ready when their phone arrives. I also had this same case for the pixel 4a and really liked it, never needed to take it out for anything and the phone still looks new and I was able to get a good price selling it in "like new" condition. This Pixel 5A case does fit very well on my new phone, all the ports line up and they now offer an "extra" front frame with all their cases and keep the price the same so that was very nice of them. I don't mind the built-in screen, felt good and gave it more protection but if you are picky maybe use the one without with your own after-market tempered glass. ... show more
