Overall, the mixer seems to work fine. Build Quality wise, there are some minor scuffs on the surfaces near the edges of the displays. Additionally, the "QC" sticker either is placed on the product without thought or the standards of quality control are relatively poor as my rubber feet are not mounted evenly-- On a flat desk, the bottom left corner is noticably shorter, causing the entire device to see-saw and reduce stability. Visually, the mixer is not very appealling with the green lighting and red accents on the body, but that is mostly personal preference. My main gripe with this product is the lack of customized control/autonomy over your mixing. While some features like the Loopback or mute buttons are useful, (as well as the high, mid and low knobs), the overall product is very restrictive. Not having any form of USB-C input audio control nor having customizable macros for the 1-12 buttons is a shame. Instead, relatively poor quality preset audio tracks are available that, generally, provide little value if you are a streamer or podcaster, unless you want to use 2013 meme audio and generic sound bites as a part of your content. Overall, for the price there are better options out there. The footprint of the device is unnecessarily large for what it is able to perform and while the central display is a nice addition, it does not contribute much more to the functionality due to its other bottleneck limitations in application
