It’s a great phone for the price, I saw people say it doesn’t work for T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile but it does work for Simple mobile with no problems and l even get 5g with it.

Worst smartphone purchase... EVER! I do NOT recommend anyone purchase this phone. It is a 5g phone operating on a 5g network and unless I'm really missing something here, this phone is trash. I was coming from a Redmi Note 8 Pro which still works GREAT, but using this device is like walking back in time using dial-up internet. I have previously also bought my husband the older version (POCO M3) which performs better than this one (POCO M3 PRO 5G-newer). There's NO customer service. The phone is very sluggish. Pictures are ok, but the camera is not good enough for me to actually get excited about using. Back to being so snailish, I usually reboot this phone no less than 8 times a day so it will snap out of it's slow mode. Good thing it doesn't take long to reboot, but it gets old having to always do that on a daily. All Xiaomi sub-brands obviously aren't created equal. I'm really issed about it that I refuse to buy anymore Xiaomi, Redmi or Poco phones. This phone is visually pleasing and it does have NFC, but I advise you look elsewhere 💅🏾 ... show more

I originally imported this phone in May 2021 (from Amazon Germany) for use with T-Mobile here in the States. If you're tech-savvy and aware of the limitations (e.g. no real 5G support), it's an amazing value for the price (about $200 USD at the time.) Speedy, amazing endurance due to the 5000 mAh battery, and works well with T-Mobile as long as you enable VoLTE. ... show more

This phone worked great until AT&T shut down their 3G network. The phone is advertised as 4G/5G phone yet AT&T defaults it to a 3G phone and keeps connecting to the 3G network. If you plan on using this phone in the US, be ware that it will not work.
