The struts are good but the shocks made a lot of squeaking noises so I had to buy new ones

Kindly explained them that after installing them, I felt like more sturdy drive but gave time to see if it is related with the shocks. After not even a whole month driving to work and back home, totalling 5 miles per day, I hear the same noise. I only got reply, send them back and we will give you refund. Such a nonsence. Who will pay labor now and back again when getting new one? No accountability,.worst customer experience ever. I tried the nice way to be compensated for the bad quality but seems like noone cares. Now I give heads up to future customers...don't but shocks set front and back for VW passat 2014 SE, you will regret it ... show more

    • Rear shocks
The rear shocks do not come with the bolts and the one that is on the vehicle has a different thread you need to buy them separate and that sucks
