It took about a day to adjust to how this works but I will not go back to a standard mouse. So much more fluid and flexible to operate and easier on the posture and hands. I love love the one click copy and paste buttons! Time savers! I find working on this so much easier with both hands rather than one switching between the keyboard and mouse. The low profile and built in wrist rest also helps with mobility. It’s like using a track pad but without the limited space. There’s a more expensive version out there with programmable buttons, but I just needed a plug n play and this is perfect and much less expensive.

I can switch between left-handed and right-handed mousing and changing back and forth didn't aliviate hand pain. This has been a great addition for me. I use this for clicking and scrolling. I still use a mouse for precise movement. The roller bar works great for precision but using the mouse feels more natural for me

I have a full-time job working on the computer and my right hand index finger began hurting from so much mouse clicking, so I looked for some other type of mouse to take the pressure off. I found and bought the bar mouse and it helps A LOT! It makes you use both hands all the time, so the work is distributed evenly. It's pricey, but for people like me who must click the mouse all day, it's worth making the sacrifice of paying the hefty price. I've been using it a year and a half but recently one end of the roller bar started leaking oil. I kept wiping it and the next day, it was oily again. It went on a few weeks and it started slowing down and it wouldn't work properly. I sent an e-mail to the company and they were really great and within 2 days, they replaced the roller bar with a new one. Now it's working like new again! Very pleased with their customer service support. Over all, I am happy with this mouse but I fear it won't last as long as a standard mouse and the price when compared to your standard mouse is way too high. I'm waiting for it to go down so I can purchase one more as a backup- we'll see! So far, it's helped me to keep my job pain free!

I have tendonitis and my physical therapist always recommends I use RollerMouse Red. I use the RollerMouse at work but I need computer analysis at home as well so I purchased this mouse for alternative one. At the beginning, I felt this is comfortable to use it as well as the RollerMouse. However, this rollerbar is thinner than the RollerMouse, that made my 3 to 5 th fingers pain. I think if people don't use it for long time, it's a good item. But I prefer RollerMouse as long as I use computer for long time daily.

I have been using a roller bar mouse at work for years. Finally bought one for my home office. Would not recommend this brand. The roller bar does not roll smoothly creating unnecessary strain on the wrist.

No more straining my wrist. I have monster hands so I had to place an additional wrist rest in front of it. I wish I had this 10 years ago. Could only afford one so I'll be lugging back and forth in between work and home. You're paying for the idea although it is sturdy and resilient to rough handling.

This is somewhat similar to my other ergonomic pointing device. the Mousetrapper, but it was way to sensitive to be useful for editing cells in a spreadsheet. I had high hopes but i couldn't lower the sensitivity on the bar that controlled the cursor so I returned it.
