Loving these ice molds I’ve been a long time fan of ice baths and do them frequently at my gym. I was looking for one that I could do at home without spending thousands of dollars. What I really liked about this version was the ice molds that it came with. I like to get my ice baths really cold and knew I would need a lot of ice. These ice blocks are the best solution I’ve seen and work just as well. The ice bath itself is more durable and better than expected. Good size and gets the job done nearly every day. Easy maintenance and good insulation to hold the cold temperature.

Decided to try cold plunging after hearing about all of the great benefits. I definitely feel more energized and less sore. Very happy with the results so far and the quality of this tub. This product is a perfect home cold plunge. Fits really nicely in my back yard and is easy to fill. The ice mild make it much easier to get the water cold and it’s very energising. Easy to assemble too, I’d recommend.

Customer service reached out to me to correct the issue and sent the info onto their production team. I love this level of customer service. I’ll be buying a replacement from Plunge Lab. Leaked from the bottom seam at the same point every piece of PVC is inserted. The two ice trays are great.

I was very careful to read the reviews before purchasing this item. I do not believe any of the reviews and I do not believe that it’s possible that these customers actually bought this product and gave it this positive review. This product leaked from all the seams in the bottom. It’s impossible to cool to even 70F with even seven bags of ice. They show videos and reviews with two blocks of ice which is completely miss representative of what’s possible. It’s not an easy installation. It’s very poor quality and the directions are not good.

A lot of value for a low price point on this tub. Tried filling my bathtub with water and ice and that was not sustainable. This tub is the smart buy. Set it up on my balcony, easy to maintain and it holds up really well outdoors. No leaks or anything. Doesn’t take up a lot of room either. Add in ice every morning and I’m ready to go. The two covers actually work to keep the water cooler overnight and keep it clean from the city air. It’s starting to get cold in the northeast so I don’t need as much ice everyday. Really excited for the ice blocks to arrive so I can just add those in every day.
