Useless Phone-Can't Receive Updates
Phone cannot receive updates so it is useless. Now I have a useless phone and Amazon won't accept it after only having for two weeks trying to get it work. Amazon shortened the length of return time on this item.

Doesn’t turn on
The media could not be loaded. Got this phone for my son to have to play on, it does not turn on at all. I had it charging for 45 minutes and it kept flashing the Apple Logo and would not turn on.

It arrived scratched up because there’s nothing protecting it and it dies pretty fast so stay near a charger.
