I read a lot of reviews before investing in a bulk order for a large children's event and these had the best descriptions. They do come assembled (as not all do) and the glue between the dowel and the wand piece was sturdy. None came apart over the course of the day. Easy for painting and drawing on with markers. The gems were not as sticky as I would have liked, but we had better success putting them on prior to drawing on the wands and also with a little glue. ... show more

I bought these for my 6 year old's birthday party and it was a huge hit for both boys and girls. I did supplement some markers and other stick on jewels and needed to do that to accommodate. What you get is probably not enough. Highly recommend!
