A little tough to set up but very easy once it gets going. They provide plenty of support to get you through it.

Needed help and the Customer Service was BEYOND my expectations
I am very pleased with my purchase.. at 1st I was frustrated with the program but once I requested assistance... Albert from Customer service guided me step by step with some videos and even did it himself remotely to fix my problems on my cpu. I understand that they are in a different time zone but I needed the help and was up any way. I am very appreciative for his assistance because I was ready to give up. The prints came out vibrant and nice... Can't wait to make my family shirts for our up and coming cruise 😊 Loading the printer in the roll mode is frustrating but have patience and use a little elbow grease and the printing will become a breeze
