Purchased 9/25/23, delivered 9/27/23, plugged in the first time on 10/15/23. This printer has been the biggest headache of any printer I have ever owned. Initially it would not print more than 18" of film before it had to be restarted. Half a roll of film later the motherboard and print head died. Support charged me $250 for replacements. Once they arrived it took 5 hours with support to make the machine work. In the process they had me bypass the fuse board that is supposed to protect the print head. Machine worked for approximately 4 hours. Now it is back to acting like it is printing but no ink is coming out. Goprinted (the Amazon seller who will no respond to messages) PLK and or the other copies of this machine under different names, but they all look alike should be 100% avoided unless you have thousands of dollars to waste or you want a really expensive paper weight ... show more

While the quality of the printer is pretty good, the constant problems I have daily and have to contact technical support which isn’t until late in the evening which is frustrating. This means no work gets done during the day. My productivity is way down. I have had the same repeated problems since day 1 and have a log of all my texts to tech support. Buyer beware. This is a disappointment and I will be seeking remedy. I spent way too much money to spend days where I can’t print at all. At this point I have been remotely connected to tech support for over 5 hours just today alone. UNACCEPTABLE! ... show more

    • PRINTER BROKE IN LESS THAN A YEAR
The media could not be loaded. Changing my review bc 3 months after I received my printer, I had to replace the print head. After that it was one thing after another. Seller wants to chatge outrageous prices to send parts for the printer and isn't very helpful at explaining how to replace parts. My printer completely failed at this point and the mother board is shot so I am out of all the money I spent on this machine. ... show more

Came in a nice crate. But it wouldn't power on. I put ink it thinking that was the issue but still no power. Just made a weird cricket like sound. Either way I returned it and then the company said I was to blame. Nothing I could do. Was told I didn't return it in the condition they sent it. Well yeah. I put ink in it ... show more
