    • Never buy refurbished anything.
PlayStation is the way to go but never refurbished. This one the disc drive was hanging and ate the disc. Buy BRAND NEW. Never Amazon refurbished anything.

Got as a Christmas gift for my son. It worked for 2 days then stopped powering on. Have to wait for the return and refund before I can see about getting him a new one.

I liked the unit, it was clean and well-packed. After about 30 hours of use, the controller triggers seemed to develop issues. I called to ask if I could replace just the controller and they said "no" and made me return the whole thing I'm very disappointed, the unit seemed to work ok (the disk drive made weird noises but that might be normal). It was supposed to come with manuals but it did NOT! The UI is confusingly different from PS4 so I could have used the manuals I don't know if it came with the preinstalled game, I didn't check It seems silly to return the whole thing. Maybe the previous purchaser had the same issue that I did? I don't know I think I will get one with a warranty next time. Buyer beware with used electronics ... show more
