We bought this to replace my son’s old play station. His old one only lasted 3 years before it died. You would think as much as they cost they would last longer. We bought an extended warranty for just that reason. This one works fine and he is very happy with it. Delivery time was a little slow.

Will never buy from this seller again. Received item and when trying to login and create my Sony PlayStation account, was informed that this particular device has been PERMANENTLY BANNED. Which means that I can’t even create an account to try to contact Sony and get the ban lifted. Obviously, whoever owned this device before me, got themselves banned from the network and just thought they could pass the device along for a quick buck. In addition, when printing out the return label, I discovered that I’m required to pay for the return shipping on a piece of garbage defective device. Bought this without realizing it was refurbished and was not used it for digital gaming until almost 6 months later only to find out that the disk drive does not work it tries to read the disks and I’ve tried multiple brand new disks and none of them can even read enough to install the games. So of course I’m out of luck ... show more
