Item arrived defective (does not turn on). I contacted the seller who said I could receive a refund and to submit a refund request. I explained that that option does not exist for this item on amazon. They said to submit a refund request. I had amazon support contact them for help. They said to submit a refund request. The renewed PS5 seems to be in great condition but the controller has a major drift to the left. Poor experience with this item right off the bat. This is not how things should go with a $400+ purchase.

    • Works great, but fake controller?
I ordered an additional PS5 controller with this purchase and I noticed some key differences in the one I received here. Instead of a matte finish, it features a glossy one around the whole controller. Additionally, it does not function correctly. In multiple games, the joystick and L2 and R2 triggers do not work well and provide very strange responses in use.
