We've been looking to upgrade to a PS5 and found this deal, renewed and in excellent condition. Unfortunately when we got it the face plate was chipped, and the controller at first would not hold a change or charge past halfway ... However almost immediately upon contacting the seller they were extremely apologetic and offered to replace both with no problem.     • Console was bricked!!
When we recieved the product, it seemed perfectly fine. However, immediately after launching the ps5, we noticed that we kept getting an error that our "licence could not be verified" and could not connect with the ps5 servers. After troubleshooting for 12+ hours and consulting ps5 customer support, Sony comfirmed that the system was not repairable. One strange thing we noticed was that the wifi module joined on my network as a product from Shenzhen. It seemed that the wifi module was replaced with a chinese aftermarket part, which Sony stated could be the cause of our issues. We returned the product and ended up buying a brand new one at the store. The hassle is not worth it! ... show more

Don't Recommend ordering from this site customer service is horrible. with the controller moving to the right and customer service is the worst and I got proof of what they told me. I got the controller now, but it still moves to the right again just like the other one is the controller you give me is use or new why still moving to the right. When it says used like new I guess they don't even attempt to clean it from the previous user, so there was a bunch of dust in the vents when I got it but, other than that, it's pretty much brand new and I love it.
