These feel like some really nice cards. The textured back is unique and makes the cards feel premium. The cards are a tiny bit thicker than other plastic cards I've used but that's not really a bad thing, these feel nice to shuffle and handle. Come out with more designs please!

These cards have a great texture and feel to them. They shuffle very nicely and have a nice "grip" However the ink on one of the two decks began to fade rather quickly

The cards are of good quality but they faded within 3 months. I had to throw them out because the spades suits faded. Unfortunately, I keep ordering the cards (glutton for punishment) and they keep fading.

Reviewing GUTSHOT Playing Cards, Waterproof Deck of Cards, We like to play cards in this house, and we are always looking for more because they wear out quickly. We have someone who can’t help but bend the cards when shuffling. What can you do, other than get rid of the ones that are bent too much to be easy to handle, and order new decks? These cards are nice because they come with two decks and there’s a case to put them up in for storage. It’s a cardboard case, but it’s thick cardboard and has a magnetic closure that works well, and is a great way to keep them safe and dust free while you’re not using them. They have a nice plastic coating (or maybe they are plastic all the way through-I’m not sure), so they are easy to wipe clean, you don’t have to worry about them getting ruined by getting wet. They are durable and thin paper stock. They’re large print, and the set I ordered has one green deck and one yellow deck. The green is close to the green in the green and white peppermint candies, and the yellow is sort of a burnt yellow. Together, they look like the linoleum kitchen floors from the 70s. Very retro. It’s a great set. They are a little pricey, but I’m not going to remove stars because they are more durable than grocery store cards and the storage case is a nice feature.

My first comment has to be that these cards have a texture on one side. It's sort of an odd subtle ribbed, lenticular-feeling design. Personally, I prefer a completely smooth card, both sides - so it took a little bit of time to get used to the textured surface. (fun fact - I have a friend who hates that ribbed lenticular feeling on anything and they refuse to play with these decks as it gives them "the willies") We do love these cards for outside play ... great for camping or hiking or a picnic. These would be perfect to keep in an RV or backpack. They're super easy to clean up and completely waterproof. They come in a standard card box, which then goes into a nice, thick, cardboard storage box that holds both decks, and has a magnetic closure. Very appreciated. The decks are yellow and green so there's no worry about mixing up the cards. RECOMMENDED

The first thing to know about these cards is that they are made of all plastic. There is a fine crisscross pattern on the colored side that gives them a texture and feel of standard playing cards. They don't really feel like plastic. The shuffle beautifully: like a set of cards that are new enough to have no creases, but old enough to fold in together perfectly. The numbers and face cards are an older style: they feel very classic, while still being easy to read. I like the unique colors (green and yellow), and this color variation actually words quite well, since my family enjoys playing the card game Nertz which requires different card backs. Yellow and Green are pretty unique: I have several decks already in red and blue. So this is a good mix. All in all, I'm very pleased. Great double deck! And the box they came in has a nice magnetized shutting mechanism which will help them all to stay nice and neat inside.

Being a camper, waterproof cards are nice. These are not the best I have felt. These just feel thinner and that they are just coated. The main focus is for camping, and it can be very wet where everything will be damp the whole trip! We know what happens to paper products, they will be damp and no use! Time and moisture together will prove these cards. I would prefer that they were a bit thicker for being plastic and waterproof.

I recently ordered the deck of cards. I have been playing card games all my life and have a nice collection. These come in a nice magnetic close box that holds both decks and gives you a fingerhold to pop it out. One deck is a green color and the other is a gold. You get two jokers with this set. The card backing does have a very slight texture, which I tried to capture with my pictures. The print is large and easy to see but not so much so that it makes you feel like it is meant for kids or seniors. The cards are slick but easy to shuffle and deal, likely due to the texture. I wish the back design was a little more intricate but no big deal.
