Can someone from the customer service team reach out to me please!! UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: The customer service team reached out to me after my review and understood my problems with the toy. Amazon had already issued me a partial return right before this contact with customer service. So the customer team cares about the satisfaction of their customers. Thank you This toy does not have an English dialect which makes the person speaking very hard to understand. I originally thought the toy was not even speaking in English. But after hearing it over and over and over and over again I can finally understand what it's saying and singing. But there is still a few things it says that I don't understand. No where does this advertise or disclose that the toy is not in English. The toy also comes apart very easy where it is supposed to lock in place. My 2 year old is only 25lbs and can easily take it apart. It just will not lock in place. The function of the "steamer" works but does run out quite quickly. But it does function well and it's a great selling point. Which is really why I bought it. My son loves this and says "hot" when he turns it on. The veggies are colorful and accurate to real veggies. The boxes of Sushi and cookies are well made. Our kitchen came with no instructions on how to put together or where to put the stickers. Also came with something that we can't seem what it is or where it belongs in the kitchen. The toy is quite small. My 2 year can manhandle it very easily. Put it up against the wall it moves so easily that everything just flies off every little bump to it. If it was just free standing a child would get bored easily from having to constantly pick it up and it fall right again every tiny bump. Other than not really being able to understand the lyrics of what's being said and the toy being very easy to take apart (and it shouldn't be easy) the toys concept is cool and creative and instigating the practice of cooking for young toddlers. The creators need to fix the fact that it does not lock into place. And that it becomes easier to understand. ... show more

I bought this for my twin toddlers! It’s a great starter kitchen set. Great price. Only downer was not getting assembly instructions. But I think I figured it out well. Love all the little features like steam and lights for burner.

Bought this play kitchen for my 1 year old for Christmas & he absolutely loves it! There are a couple smallish play food items we had to take out because they are easily swallowable or chokable, but what was left was more than enough to keep him busy and he plays with it for hours on end bringing us pretend meals. My 1 1/2 year old is either the Incredible Hulk or just the fact this plastic is so light and flimsy. It came with no instructions how to put it together. He wants to play with it but he clearly needs a heavy duty kitchen.

I bought this for two of my grandsons for christmas. They are 8 and 3, and both love it! The sounds are realistic, they love the lights and the steam. The fact that it “cooks” some of the food is amazing. It cones with so many accessories and foods too! Definitely a great purchase.

This kitchen was smaller than I expected. Make sure you review the measurement for scale and make a model. With this said, My grand absolutely loves this kitchen with it's realistic oven burners, steam burner, compartments for storage, and water pump for sink running water. It is a lot smaller than I realized but has delivered many hours of play for cooking and cleaning with imagination.
