- [Blow Back Pilot Arc]: bestarc plasma cutter features a blow back Technology, Non-HF pilot arc with CNC capability, Which prevents high-frequency signal interference and enhances cutting stability, blow back pilot arc non-touch the metal start the arc, plasma cutter machine has two connection ports: 2-pin connector for arc voltage output (1:1 ratio) and 5-pin connector for signal control. This design makes it easy to work with CNC cutting tables.
- [Air Sensor Technology]: The air sensor built in machine displays air pressure on front panel of the machine. Users can adjust the air pressure manually through the air regulator (air pressure cannot be automatically adjusted). Air filter is installed in the machine, equipped with a quick-connect 1/4 NPT air connector, ready for use right out of the box. Once connected to an air compressor, the recommended air pressure should be within 70 PSI, with a flow rate of 250 liters per minute. Note: The compressor needs to be purchased separately.
- [LED Screen Display]: The screen centrally displays parameters such as air pressure, voltage, and current, allowing users to understand the equipment status in real-time and adjust operations in a timely manner, improving operational efficiency. If the plasma cutter cannot work, the screen comes with an error code, making it easy to find out the problems.
- [2T/4T/PA/PT Function]: Post time adjustable from 3-15s to cool the torch. Adjust the cooling time of the torch head to extend the service life of consumables. We recommend a cooling time of 4-8 seconds. The PA function allows pilot arc timing adjustment up to 15s; longer times are ideal for mesh cutting, shorter times help extend consumable life. 2T/4T automatic cutting release your finger.2T is a semi-automatic cutting control, and 4T is an automatic cutting control.

I bought this to replace my miller 875 that was in the shop for repair after about 4 months of waiting I got this unit. Miller could not fix my 875 they seam not to care if it got repaired or not. I have three millers and will never buy another unit very disappointed with their service. This plasma works pretty well, have used it for hand cutting and is currently on my CNC table. I am running at 90ipm on 14g and get very clean cuts. Good buy

Arrived fine, but the PT/PA button didn't work so I couldn't set the arc time. Side of the case was bent slightly, and the screen was loose at the top. Could not light an arc at all, despite dry air on either 110 or 220. Something was rattling inside. Very disappointed. I would be willing to exchange but I got it on sale and Amazon doesn't do exchanges on sale items, just returns. Now the price went up.

I have been using this plasma cutter with Crossfire Plasma CNC with torch height control and it has performed flawlessly. Never had any kind of problem. It costs about 1/3 of other CNC type plasma cutters. It has external connections the Crossfire uses so I did not have to open up the chassis to make any.

So far it cuts very cleanly on rusty and dirty heavy steel plate without any issue. I have not hooked it up to a table yet that's the next step. I own several plasma cutters but the price was appealing on this one. Is it as good as an American Lincoln, Hypertherm, Miller etc.. no.. it isn't (you can tell by the build quality and durability on the torch but those were 4 times the price) I have found the consumables to be way cheaper than any American brand. If your using it as a hobbyist or light shop use I think its fine. Availability of parts or service-unknown
