I am not a big hat wearer but the hot Texas sun takes a toll on the bald man. After years of procrastinating and trying to make due with the occasional baseball cap I purchased this hat. I finally wore it yesterday 9/17/2022 on an excursion to the local junk yard. I was amazed on how cool my head felt. Normally any hat makes me start sweating profusely and I will have to removed it to cool off. Not so with one. My head stayed cool and any sweat was absorbed by the hat.
