I am a woman but I am tall so I wear men's thermal underwear. I am 5'9 with a 33" inseam for pants. I weigh approximately 225 lb, and I purchased the XXL. The top is more baggy than the bottom. The top's arm length is very good. It's perfect. The length for the legs of the pants are not as good as I would like for them to be. I'm only venturing a guess but the inseam is probably a 28"-30" inch inseam. I would have preferred them to be much longer, but seeing how I will be wearing them underneath my clothing, I'm not going to get bent out of shape over it. It's still summer time so I have not had a chance to wear these to see how they do for the cold weather, however it's an under layer of clothing that I assume is going to be just fine. Comfort-wise, it is very comfortable and soft. I have not washed them yet but they are already extremely soft before washing. Without even thinking about it, I'm going to buy another set next month when I get paid. I'm trying to get some for winter before winter comes. If you're looking for comfort and something that will be long enough in the arms, this will be for you. If you want longer legs this will not be for you. But for the price I can't go wrong.

I liked the feel of the product its very soft and comfy. I bought this because I work in a refrigerated warehouse and need the extra layer. I was not able to feel a dramatic difference from what I usually wear vs wearing the thermal. Thought it would be enough but I still need two layers plus the thermal. I guess I have to buy more! Still enjoyed the product
