I bought this same case model for the 16 Pro Max, and while I loved the looks, I ultimately returned it since I didn’t like the big cutout/hole for the Camera Control. For the 17 Pro Max version, I’m very glad there is a button AND it works flawlessly! The gold border around this button adds a nice touch as well. The fit is perfect with all of the buttons being very clicky, responsive, and tactile. My slightly thicker Anker USB-C cords fit perfectly also, so I’m sure most third-party cords will be fine. I love the look of the aramid fiber weaving. I do wish the colors were a bit more vibrant, though. There is a resin coating on top of the aramid fiber, so it’s a smooth feeling, whereas the thinner Pitaka cases, you’ll be able to actually feel the aramid fiber, if that’s something you desire. Some fingerprints and oils will show on the back, but with a simple wipe down, they all should go away. Easy maintenance! This case allows to safely place the phone on its back or front without it touching the surface at all. It seems like a pretty protective case, but I’ll leave the actual drop tests to the professionals! Overall, for the money, it’s definitely not a cheap case and I didn’t see it on sale during Black Friday, which may mean this specific item might not be affected by sales. However, if you do want to spend the money, I do think this case is worth the price, is well made, and will last a long while—probably longer than you keep your phone!

Fantastic case, the weave pattern is really beautiful. It fits like a glove, covers the edges perfectly, but doesn't cover the glass, which is exactly as I like it. Installing it is very easy, exactly as a phone case should be, but do note that the case is very rigid and tricky to take off when you need to clean your phone for dust. It is very pricey, though.

As my title says, the case fits perfectly. It has rounded edges which is preferred as it keeps the "natural" shape of the phone, I hate the squared off edges on other cases. This material is known for its fingerprint smudges, so that is not at fault of the company but perhaps there will be a future solution. It's a lot less noticeable than a clear case or my previous matte case. The buttons are metal and feel premium and the orange really pops through the pattern. I would say it's a bit more slippery than your average case, but perhaps over time it will gain oils and be less of an issue. Or use a pop socket. Overall, if you've got the money to spend, I think this case is worth the purchase. I'm a huge case connoisseur and this one is definitely my new #1.

The case fits perfectly snug without being hard to put on, and it keeps the phone slim and elegant. The aramid material feels high-quality, doesn’t slip, and doesn’t show fingerprints. It also offers excellent protection without adding unnecessary weight. I really wanted to keep this case because the feel is honestly top tier. It’s thin, light, and feels great in hand. No complaints there at all. The problem is the oil and fingerprint buildup. It shows everything, and it doesn’t wipe off easily. I’m not talking about a quick shirt wipe either. I had to actually use cleaner and a cloth to get it looking normal again. When you’re spending this kind of money on a case, you expect it to stay looking good without that much effort. Mine constantly looked like I had just been eating pizza and grabbed my phone. If that doesn’t bother you, it’s a great case. For me, it was enough to return it.

My wife loves this case on her new iPhone. Let's see how durable it is, for the spendy price paid- THE most $$ we've ever spent on a cellphone case. My single complaint so far is that both the front surrounding edge around the screen, as well as the rear camera bezel surround should be just a it taller- at least 1/32" more for a better safety buffer, both for the screen edges (especially when you have a screen protector installed), and the camera lenses when you have lens protectors installed, both of which are essential. We didn't want the more bulky 'Pro' variant, as it would have been too much bulk. I did buy the black/grey twill variant for my iPhone. Same concerns. The fit is EXCELLENT, and the finish & feel is VERY elegant and understated. Just my thing!
