The socket position for the headlight bulb is not in the correct position. On the factory headlights, the bulb sockets are offset and leave you enough room for the wire and cover to get on. on this new model, the socket are not in the correct position and therefore you cannot get the bulb in and the plug on and are unable to screw the bulb in. Also, the cover does not fit with the plug in the way. Very poor designed and recommended for a Ford F150. This is not OEM compatible. ... show more

These headlights look nice and function well, but they are a complete pain in the butt to install. If you are not prepared to cut away large portions of your truck's fiberglass stock headlight housing and test fit these multiple times, I would reconsider if this project is for you. Took me an afternoon and a couple hours the next morning in the Florida sun to *sort of* get them right, and I'm no novice to car maintenance. If you are installing these, make sure to reference the photo in the listing of what needs to be cut away, it is the only guide you have for these as there are no instructions that come with it. If you don't cut to that pictures specifications, these will not fit, and that's part of the problem that I had, which is on me. These are nice headlights, but be aware of the time and energy it will take to install them. You MUST have an angle grinder or dremel tool of sorts. 5 star for build and function, 1 star for the install, its a pain. ... show more
