This is a surprisingly-well-made costume for the price. The corset is nicely adjustable, and I like how you can choose to 'hike up' the skirt with the stays or not. The blouse had enough room for my bust. I enjoyed wearing this around Halloween. It says to 'spot clean' only, so it is probably NOT machine-washable. You could definitely need to take care with cleaning it. Even so, it's higher-quality than what some temporary 'big box' Halloween stores or big box stores in general sell for the same price. Please note that the hat, knife, boots are mine and bought separately. I didn't use the hair sash, and it does come with that accessory.

Overall happy with the product. However the neck line started coming apart on the back after trying it on and on the front after wearing it several hours. Nothing that can't be fixed and maybe just a bad batch. For the price I'd expect better stitching. But it served it's purpose and wasn't very noticeable where it started to come apart.

I should have ordered this in a large or even a medium - it seemed to run very large. The corset is floppy...at the last minute I decided to wear a different costume and when I got to the party one of my good friends was wearing this same outfit so I was glad I changed. HERS was fabulous - she glued thin plastic strips of some sort and "boned" the inside of the corset so it didn't flop or droop down. She is smaller busted than I and the corset was not slipping down on her - it stayed in place and highlighted her figure rather than slipping around her waist and looking dumpy. She also had a fabulous velvet hat instead of the head band. If you are willing to put a little extra effort in this can be a great costume - if you are curvy and busty, it is very flattering (I'm a 38DD). My friend is very slim and it did look good on her, but she is rather busty for her size (probably wears a small and a 32 or 34 C cup). Not sure I would recommend it for someone flatter chested.

This costume design is extremely comfortable. That was a very appealing feature. The dress was a decent quality considering that it is just a costume. The corset is pretty flimsy though (hence the deducted star). It's like a thin layer of neoprene like material. It took several minutes to adjust the ribbon in a way that provided the desired look and effect. I think this would be better suited for smaller chested women. I am 36 DD so I imagine I would've needed to pin it in a couple of spots to keep it from sliding down off my chest once I started moving around. All in all this is a good choice and I was willing to make the extra adjustments for my body type if I had kept it. I had to go with something different because I needed red instead of burgundy.

Overall very good costume. Based on the reviews I went ahead and planned to use a different corset, but the corset that came with it was very cute, I just didn't want to risk any flimsiness. Love that the skirt is adjustable in terms of how much leg you want to show (in the photo it is at full length, which hit at low thigh). I got a lot of compliments. The care tag says do not wash, do not dry, do not dry clean. I guess you get one shot at this!
