How to install the bits: 1. Swivel the bit holder and press the button. And make sure the button is pressed down. 2. Keep pressing the silver button on the nail drill, rotate counterclockwise to loose the bit holder. 3. Insert the bit and rotate clockwise to tight it in the bit holder. Received this product fairly quickly. However, the box was damaged. The product looks nothing like what is pictured. Mine was pink. The product was also very, very light and no instructions came with. I plugged the unit in and turned it on, however, it did not turn on. I thought maybe I didn't have it connected properly, so I tried again. Still not working. I would not recommend this item. It is very cheaply made, too light to be considered of good quality. When I contacted the seller to return the item, I was told I would have to pay the postage to return a defective item. Not happy at all. Return postage would cost just about as much as I paid for the unit. Very poor customer service. Don't waste your money as I did! UPDATE: I have since contacted the Seller and told them about the situation. The seller agreed to send me a new one. I did receive the new one, tried it out and it works great! I have been using this electric nail drill for years now, since I learned how to do my gel nails I have always remove the gel with this drill. Is strong enough with a good capacity to remove the gel polish. You need to be careful not to get to deep while removing the gel polish, because you can weak your nail and harm yourself. Use a speed that is not too slow but not too fast, then pass the drill around the whole nail removing evenly the gel polish in that way you would not harm yourself nails and they will maintain themselves healthy. ... show more

I just got this yesterday, i was not expecting anything fancy I just wanted to try doing my nails myself so I bought a affordable little drill. After I opened it up & made sure everything was there & in working order I was sure I had gotten a smoking deal. However, I got about 4 fingers done & then it would stop working for a second or two & then all the sudden just start again. I made sure that the plug hadn't jiggled loose or that i didn't accidentally turn the power off, I even moved all my stuff to another outlet. Problem was still there. Seemed to start back up again if I gently banged it on the counter. So after about 45 minutes of trying to finish my nails I realized that I was gonna have to dig the box out of the trash & return it. I should have known better for buying something that didn't have any reviews at all about it. Wasn't even going to waste my time doing a review, but now people will be informed that there is a possibility of walking around with not all of their nails done. I would advise anyone interested in this product to spend a little extra money & get something with a little better quality. ... show more
