This is pretty much what I expected...an easy to manufacture loose-fitting shirt that would fit nearly anyone. In the fashion business, we call these "one size fits no one" meaning that there is no fit to these big loose shirts, so flattering they are not. They are, however, appropriate for wear as a very hot weather sun cover up. The only thing to make it flattering is the color you choose. Even though fashion designers have really used the raw edge technique all over the runways lately, it's not for everyone. I machine washed this before I wrote this to convey what to expect. It really comes out far too wrinkly to wear in public without running over it with your iron first. That said, for the beach, for your backyard patio, or gardening, this kind of shirt has it's place. I did find the button placement aggravating...they were placed on the wrong side of the placket like a man's shirt. As someone else wrote in a review about the raw edge threads, your scissors can easily snip those off, but I didn't find them any worse after laundering.

Very cute! Could honestly wear as tucked in shirt as well depending on height. I'm 5'7" and this was a little shorter on me than picture. Took on vacation as swim suit cover up and loved the look and how easy it was to put on and over a wet suit. Light comfortable material but not see through.

Nice shirt overall. I like the gauzy material - It is still soft, even after washing and hanging, dry. I will not only be using this as a cover-up; it will also be going over leggings when I take classes at a local art studio. My only concerns on this are the buttons. I’m unsure if the cuts leaving long threads are just from fast fashion or if these buttons are going to fall off soon.

This is cute. I do like it. However, the material is a little sick for the time of year I would intend to wear it. The color is nice and the material is soft and comfortable. I would say that it potentially runs a little small as well. When washing it does seem to heavily wrinkle and it’s difficult to get it to unravel but overall it is cute.

This was advertised as a shirt dress and beach coverup, but I personally would not wear it as either of those. It just looks to blah on me for that. I do like it as an overshirt though - worn open with a tank top underneath. The material is a very gauzy texture and would probably look a little better ironed or at least some of the wrinkles steamed out. I am 5'4" 175 lbs and the XL fit me fine. I think it could be dressed up with a dressy tank and black pants or dressed down with a more casual tank and jeans or shorts. Would be nice for summer nights when it is a little cooler at night. I have not washed it yet but would defintely let it hand dry as the material seeems like it would shrink if you put it in the dryer.

I guess I was expecting a better form. I got a size medium and it was WAY too large, even for a garment that's meant to fit loosely. It takes BOHO to a new level; the edges look like they are many years old. Having said that, some people may love that look and fit. I will still wear it but only as a cover up after getting out of the pool and not looking to impress anyone. Sorry, Pink Wind, I wanted to love this top but it's just not flattering on me.

This dress/cover up had so much potential. The model makes it look really fun and stylish. The material has strings hanging down upon receipt, so I can only imagine what one wash will do. It’s thicker than I expected for what is advertised as a cover up.
