Description

The EGI hybrids are available in 8 different lofts, allowing you to replace irons with these easier to hit hybrids. Each hybrid features a nice balance of weight throughout the entire club head that increases and widens the sweet spot. The shape of the club head allows you to use these clubs from various lies, good or bad.More and more players are playing hybrids. The reason being they are more forgiving, add distance, and will improve your game instantly. We've mentioned this before, but imagine if you could take a fairway wood, shorten the shaft and change the shape ever so slightly. This is the simple anatomy of a hybrid. If you haven't tried a high lofted hybrid to help your game, it is definitely something worth considering.

  • More than you might think…
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 32 Degrees
I’m 78 years old. I have a 4 hdcp and generally shoot my age or better. I gave up all my irons except for P, G, L wedges and a 9 iron. 5-8 are all hybrids. I always bought Callaway when I could find them in an R flex. Bought a Pinemeadow to replace a Maverik 8 hybrid, then bought a 7 to replace an X2Hot. I’ll replace the 5 and 6 with Pinemeadow. Why? I don’t have a clue, bthey’re just more accurate and I hit the Pinemeadow straighter than any of the Callaways. I shortened the shafts and added undersized grips. A good club is an individual tool and what works for me may not work for you, BUT, for the price, you should give one of these hybrids an audition. I was pleasantly surprised and $100 richer… ... show more

  • Loving this thing
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 22 Degrees
I’m about 225-240 off the tee. So often with Par 4’s and always with Par 5’s, I am left with a lot of “meat on the bones” to the green. I don’t hit my long irons well so I usually just take out my 7 even when I’m 200+ away to have the best chance of hitting it straight and staying in the hole. I’ve only played 1 round with this bad boy (4h) and it was a short course so I only took 1 shot, it was 2nd shot on the hole, light fairway rough about 205 out and uphill. But man, did I pipe this animal down the middle and dead straight, right on the edge of the green. Open face, very easy to swing and forgiving, just what I’ve been looking for. And can you beat that price? I wish I played more but big name brand just wasn’t worth it for me, they’re almost 5x more $. Save your dough and buy this. I’m playing a longer course this weekend and will have more shots with it. Happy to follow up, but I’m confident with this one. ... show more

  • So far so good
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 25 Degrees
I really like these hybrids so far. My fairway game is much better. I don’t know about longevity yet though. If they hold up they are a great value. I’ll purchase more once they prove their durability

  • Great little club
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 22 Degrees
I think it holds up well vs some popular name brands and it's about a 1/4 the price

  • nice club
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 32 Degrees
Its about an inch and a half longer than my actual seven iron so gets more yardage and higher ball flight. Have only used it about 10 times so expect the accuracy will improve as get accustomed to the club. update Not sure why but have been having problems with getting solid contact and its the only club in my bag that i don't hit solid. Could be that only hit it once or twice a round. Time will tell but for now its an unanswered question. ... show more

  • Great club for the price.

Very happy I purchased this club. Had it 3 months and already paid for itself (finally winning some greenies!). It is somewhat heavier than the average hybrid, but feels good on contact!
