I just received this bag, and I'm so impressed I had to leave a review. It really is a nice looking bag, and the size is perfect. Just enough for all your everyday essentials, and maybe even some more. The quality of the bag seems good, the zippers all look well made and work great. The hidden zipper side pockets will be great to throw those items in you want to quickly access, like phone and keys. I didn't think I'd like the fluffy little attached keychain, but it's actually cute, not too much fluff and just adds a little extra style. It doesn't bother me, but as some other reviews mentioned it may be made of real fur so take note if that's a concern. Also, as others mentioned it was a nice added touch that it showed up with a scented sachet and smelled good, not that funky smell like some new bags can sometimes have. The only con I can see is that with the straps in the back, it does add a little difficulty in accessing the main compartment. But to me, that's worth it for the added security of the main pocket being against your back, and the ability to use as a backpack. Also, the side 'water bottle' type compartments don't fit any of my aluminum bottles. But those are just small inconveniences, it doesn't make me love this bag any less. I can't speak to the durability of this as I just received it, but it does appear to be well made and I don't have any concerns about it. I'll be using it on an upcoming vacation and will be great for switching between using as a backpack and then a purse when you don't want to look so touristy with a backpack. If it holds up well I'll probably order again in another color I love it so much. Added 6/30: I just wanted to add that after a 10 day vacation to the Smoky Mountains I still LOVE this bag! It held up great, even used it on a few small hikes and was perfect for carrying just what I needed to keep with me. I loved the fact that the main compartment is against my back so didn’t have to worry about theft in the tourist areas. Also, I wanted to add that this bag is definitely waterproof. It rained on us just about everyday and nothing in my bag got wet at all!! Even in a few heavy downpours! UPDATE 5/23/19 -- I came back to look at this bag again to consider purchasing in another color and was surprised to see all the reviews! When I first bought it there weren't many reviews and now there are a thousand plus! I wanted to come back and add that almost a year later and I am STILL using this bag every single day and it's held up great! I'm talking a full school year of carpooling my kid all over town and being tossed into and out of the car constantly (the bag, not my kid). There are days I know I'll be at school volunteering all day so I carry my full heavy yeti bottle plus all my essentials and it still holds up. I mean I'm practically beating this thing up to give myself a reason to purchase a new one and it's still going! Not even one single small tear or fray or malfunctioning zipper. I'm usually the type that changes purses every couple weeks or so but I still love this bag so much it's been the only one I've used all year!

At first, when looking for a bag I was looking for something to replace my mini backpack because I needed more space and something that could carry more. When I found this and bought it I got everything I was looking for and more. I absolutely love the safety feature that it has for the big pocket as the small backpack I used to have and take everywhere with me didn’t have it and whenever I was walking past people I would hold the zipper down so no one could open it 😂 yeah, I was always alert because I didn’t want anyone to steal from my backpack. But with this one, I don’t really have to worry about that because I keep the most important things on the main big pocket which when wearing the backpack goes on my back and no one can open it while I’m wearing it. So, I feel more comfortable walking around with it. As for the storage, I got a size Medium and I got it in black. It’s not even the large size and can fit so much. In this backpack sometimes I’ve put things like moisturizer and facial cleanser (not the small bottles), headphones, a charger, glasses case, retainers, pills or pill organizer, a little bag that I put in the pocket it has on the flap that has the zipper which takes up the whole space of the pocket, hair brush, comb, little containers with items, and more. And it holds all of it! Of course, it looses its slim look but it doesn’t even look bulky because of the way it’s designed. It has great height inside, I think you could maybe even fit an apple tablet in it. For traveling it can also be pretty good, you can take it anywhere. The design is cute and simple. As for durability I would say it’s pretty good! I’ve had this backpack for over a year and it doesn’t have any wear and tear or scratches and nothing has broken so far nor is anything close to breaking. Overall I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a backpack for travel or for taking anywhere that’s nice, versatile, has great storage capacity and is secure. If anyone wants to get it for school I wouldn’t really recommend the medium as it won’t be able to fit everything you need to take to school. Maybe a large would work for that but I wouldn’t know as I have a Medium. Anyways I hope this review was helpful to you! I hope you have a nice day/evening/night!

I have used this bag daily since purchasing it in January 2024. It is still holding up beautifully. I feel I really got my money's worth out of it. The zippers still function perfectly. The interior cloth and pockets are still in great shape with very little wear after all this time. I like that I can grab it by either the top handle or one of the straps. I toss it in the passenger seat every morning and drop it on the floor under my desk at work and it still looks great. A little of the finish has worn off on the top handle, but it's underneath and not really visible. Spilled coffee on it and it cleaned up easily. It's also great when flying because it's so roomy I can fit my iPad and chargers in there with lots of other stuff I don't want packed in a suitcase. I also like the fact that when wearing it as a backpack, someone behind you cannot access the pouch because the opening is against your back and it has RFD protection.
