This is a very nice looking duvet. I took the chance on this one, with their being no written reviews, and I’m glad I did. The main reasons for getting this are 1. It was 100% cotton - I was exclusively looking for this after getting the cheaper “brushed microfiber“ duvet from another company and it would snag and run, and just not look as high quality. 2. I hesitated giving this 4 stars. I wanted to give it 5 because it's perfect for my purposes. It comes in exactly the size I needed, it's comfortable, it doesn't smell weird, it's all cotton & it has a zipper instead of buttons at the bottom. In my dryer, somehow, anything loose went in between the buttons of my old duvet, or it turned itself inside out. Not a problem with this one. I ordered this to replace a sad gray duvet. Pinch pleats are my favorite because they give an otherwise ordinary fabric some texture and make it look neater than just a solid color, but they are hard to find in this size. If you are looking for an oversized King duvet, you know what a pain it is when they keep including regular-sized ones. You get excited only to find out it doesn't come in the size you need. A few measurements: -my bed is a Cal King, which is 72 wide by 84 long. -the duvet is 120 wide x 98 long. -the top of my mattress to the floor is 24 inches. I took pictures from every side to show you what this looks like. I did not want the duvet to hang all the way to the floor, but exactly where it is. This duvet does not go from the headboard down to the floor at the front of the bed, but I do not want it to. I like folding the sheet over the top of it. Measuring for how you want it to hang is crucial because I have tried to wing it, and that's a bad idea. When this arrives, it looks tiny. Don't stress out. I did wash it in cold water and dry it in the dryer before putting it on the bed. Held up just fine. The color was brighter than I expected, but I was used to the sad gray. I adore it now. This duvet stretches to a surprising degree, and I love that it makes the bed look tidy. The fabric is cottony but smooth. It doesn't collect lint or attract fuzzies. I did not put the actual duvet in it because it's too late for a duvet in AZ. The zipper (instead of buttons) is down at the bottom where your feet go. Someone said you have to put the zipper on the side because it didn't fit otherwise but that was not my experience. For me, it is perfect all around. It comes with two king-size pillow covers. You have to bend the pillows to get them in, the opening is in the middle, but it is not a big deal. They fit well on my king pillows and could take an even bigger pillow. What I like about these is that they do not sag on a smaller pillow. They don't sag at all. They look very neat. When I first opened it, I did notice tiny threads around the pinch pleats and thought, "oh no," but they were not attached to anything and came right off. Yay! The fabric feels natural and soft and breathes well. One of the questions for rating is whether I would give this as a gift. It doesn't "present" like a gift when it gets there because it's tightly bundled, but you could put it in another box. The seams are finished well, as are the pintucks. I think it's lovely! I now believe in miracles. No seriously.... we have a king size adjustable base bed so the mattress is deep. I searched everywhere for a comforter that would be wide enough that it drapes the sides...mission impossible. We needed at least 116x98 to achieve this. I bought a filler with loops and this duvet. This duvet has ties which fit into the loops on the comforter filler perfectly. It’s beautiful, I finally have the look I wanted and my husband and I will no longer be having the age old argument of who stole the comforter! Buy it!!!! ... show more

Feels great to touch, appears to be crafted well. Not 100% sure if it’s just a lighting factor in our room, but it appears closer to hunter green than teal. In other words, it appears darker green than pictured in our location anyway. Bought it as a complimenting/contrasting color to the powerful color the wife picked for the walls to help balance the room, and that could also be why it appears darker in our room that pictured. As it moved a blueish purple paint to a slightly more bluish than purple paint to the eye. Looks better than it sounds lol. ... show more

I got the teal one on sale for ~$60 and it’s worth it. The zipper is very convenient. The fabric is good for the price but I wish it were a little softer. The color is definitely blue with very little green in it, a bit more blue than it looked to me in pictures.
