Such great gripper power, it’s hard to undo bands. Also there is a lot of band left unsecured which can be annoying while using. But otherwise these are great quality, comfortable, and I appreciate the little storage bag.

Easy to use. Well made. Great quality. It’s adjustable so it allows the weight sticks to be moved to avoid pinching. The pink shade is a nice change from black. I only walk, not run, but the Velcro is strong so they don’t slip.
