These are pretty cheap, a little more than a dollar per book. These are amazing for goodie bags though because kids love having a book that is their own. It's like a scratch book portfolio. I believe that this was every kid's favorite in the goodie bag. I let the kids keep some and they scratch pretty well, but if there's moisture in the house then it won't scratch well (it was still usable and didn't deter the kids from using it). Definitely not going to satisfy an artist/ art class. Overall, I give it 5 stars if you're just looking for something cheap to fill your goodie bags! ... show more

These are really neat. Scratch off the black film and the rainbow paper underneath shows up. You can use anything to scratch, including the sticks included and draw a puppy, a face, a boat or write a message. Plenty of pads included and also includes stencils, sharp sticks (wooden stylus), and also brushes to help clean the scratched black material off the page. Great value and very interesting. Kids and Adults will like this. My only gripe is the little pads could be a bit larger to create bigger images or have more that can be done on one sheet.
