The pigipigi Scratch Paper Party Favor: 16 Pack Rainbow Scratch Notebook set is perfect for a small party or a classroom prize. The rainbow paper is a huge hit, and unlike other kits I have ordered, this one actually comes with enough stencils and wooden styluses for each kid to have their own. The notepads are approximately 4"x5.25" and have 10 sheets per pad. There are four different colors and themes of the stencils (4 of each included). These make excellent gift bags for a birthday party, or whenever you want to have little gift bags. Kids are always looking for something to keep them occupied. These are fun and allows them to explore their creativity. These are easy to scratch , I scratched one page easily. I love the vibrant colors these have. Each note pad contains 20 sheets. There’s plenty of stencils, wooden styluses, bags to put them in , and ties to tie them closed. I would not gift these for children younger than 5 or 6 years old, or at least, I recommend supervision. The little sticks are sharp on one end. ... show more

I will say, I LOVE these notebooks! The colors are bright and beautiful, it only takes normal writing pressure to scratch off the black, so you don't have to do it hard at all. Maybe it's the 90s kid in me, but these make my soul happy. I think I like them more than my kids lol! However, the sizing is contradictory on the listing. I always go by what the "product dimensions" says, which was 9x7 inches. I didn't even notice that in ONE picture (not even the first one), in small letters it said 5x4, which are the real measurements. I was a bit sad that they were smaller than expected. I got these for my sons birthday party as favors, but they were the only favors so I was kind of counting on the 9x7. Also, I got these in particular because he was turning 2 but the kids at the party were all older (family) so the notebooks was something fun for all ages. We were only having 4 other kids at the party; the 16 pack meant my 2 year old could keep some for home. But he can't use the sticks. They're not all sanded down and some of them are splintery...I would think older kids would know to be careful, but clearly he wouldn't know that. I have him scratch them with a spoon instead. So conclusion: Amazing notebooks, easy to scratch, beautiful colors BUT smaller than the product details says and splintery scratch sticks. 5 stars if they get better quality sticks and update the product details. ... show more
