Definitely a cool toy for younger kids and helps with learning. I noticed it didn’t have a “money counter” where it lets you know the balance in your bank, but it makes sense why, once you watch your child play with it lol First, clear instructions on box for setup. You have to have 3 AA Batteries, and thankfully they give you a little screwdriver because without one, I’d struggle finding a tool at home😂 Comes with preset password of “0000,” or super easy instructions on how to reset it, but honestly since I have a 2.5 year old I stuck with pressing “0” four times. Lol I love that they put a fake $20 in there because if you don’t have cash on hand, you can still have your kid fascinated with the toy safe. Once I put batteries in, and made sure it worked, I taught my son who is 2.5 to press “0” four times, and twist the knob, and pull. I have a change jar, and a $5 bill handy, which was cool (but you could honestly use Monopoly money lol) first I taught him how to put my $5 in and the fake $20, and it was so thrilling for him, then on the top I had him put coins in and I was stupid to open this before bedtime because for the last two hours…he’s now been putting the bills in, putting the coins in, entering the code, opening it, pulling it all out, then doing that over and over lol. It helps children work on development and mechanical skills for sure. And you could change the password each week to help learn numbers, or number sequences “0000.1111.2222.3333.” Or “1234.2468.4321.” My only initial thought was “this would be better if it said how much was in the bank, but then I realized that no, I’m glad they didn’t lol basically the child will empty and fill it so many times that it would be a bit redundant to have something count the change lol I rate 5 star and would highly recommended for toddlers 2 and up. My toddler approved it for sure! Just don’t give it to them right before bedtime lmao I’d definitely buy again. My only suggestion, and more for the company because I’m not getting my money back from my toddler because he’s obsessed with it—is instead of one fake bill on the inside, it would be cool to have 5 different, fake bills, and then maybe two fake “roll of quarters.” Since it’s a for a kid, it would just be a way to make product better by adding some stuff inside for the kid to be more excited about because not everyone will have cash on hand or lying around, luckily I did, but I don’t usually have cash on hand. Other than that, excellent product. Great for a gift. I’d say age 2-13years would be the most appropriate where bottom and top age would appreciate most. Honestly, if my kid got sick of it though, which I don’t think he will, but if he did, I’d personally use it because it has a code feature, meaning I can utilize it if there’s something of mine I don’t want people getting into, or someone in the house, I don’t trust, I can easily lock it up and im the only one who knows code. No issues with product, I think it would be cool though to add more fake bills and coins!

This is a great bank for my 5 year old. She has fun putting her money in and listening to the cool sounds. This makes saving money interesting for her. It would be nice if it kept track of the amount but that's ok. Our kid will get good practice counting each time we take the money out to buy something. This is perfect for kids.

We had one of these before getting this one, and it lasted for four years of being thrown around and finally gave out. So we decided to try this one out and we love it! Accepts money through the slots (both bills and coins) perfectly, and make fun noises. The combo starts as “0000” but you can change it to any combo you want. Takes three double A batteries but they last for quite a while. Perfect gift for kids from around 4-10 I would say.
