I wasn't expecting much. Ordering clothes on Amazon can be a bit tricky. I'm 5'3" and around 216 pounds. Sometimes I need a 2X, and other times, just an XL. I went with the XL, and it fits perfectly. Not sure if it's because it's supposed to be loose-fitting, but it fits just right. Not too big, not too tight. The fabric is soft, not too thick, and if you wear a colored shirt underneath, you can see the color through the seams. I spent some time looking for a cardigan that suited my taste and was thrilled to receive the ""purple"" sweater. The design and style were exactly what I expected. It's a medium-thick sweater, not too light or heavy. I bought a large size. I'm 5 feet 8 inches tall, weigh 135 pounds, with a 36B bust. It fits comfortably yet loosely. My only concern is whether I received the ""purple"" I ordered or if it's actually ""chestnut."" I wanted something different from my usual pinks, peaches, or neutrals, so I sought out a pretty purple.
