Used the cooler for a 1.5 hour drive in a very chilled car. Had a couple drinks in the cooler and filled it with ice. By the time we reached our destination almost ALL of the Ice was melted. I mean, like only a handfull of small ice cubes and water were left. This would work well for short grocery trips, but anything close to an hour or longer, in the heat or sun and it's just basically a cute box.
