The media could not be loaded. The packaging is solid, comes with the classic combination of balls + bag + towels at a low price. The print quality isn't that great but the design itself is clean and simple. Unfortunately, both paddles broke in the same way within the first two hours of play. The paddles were used by beginners so not much power going into the shots - the paddle handle began to wiggle / bend separate from the face, and there was a cracking sound when wiggling the handle. It seems like the handles can be bent out of shape easily from light use, and they make cracking sounds. BOTH paddles ran into the EXACT same issue within a few hours, so I don't think it's a quality control issue but probably something wrong with the design or manufacturing process. Not good for play as an inconsistently bending handle will throw off any medium power hits. I'd suggest taking the design to a new manufacturer because I do think the paddle art is cleaner than most on the market; as it is I unfortunately cannot recommend these paddles.

In recent years, I have seen more and more people start playing pickleball. I also started trying the sport and purchased this pickleball double shot set. It uses multi-layer wood structure and UV paint on the surface, which makes the racket strong and wear-resistant, and the surface is smooth and smooth. Feel the explosive power instantly when hitting the ball, and through the sound-absorbing design, the sound when hitting the ball is greatly reduced. The grip is made of soft material, which is comfortable to hold and has outstanding anti-skid effect. Im a definitely newbie when it comes to pickleball. I dabbled in tennis but this is definitely different. I also havent played in years so its definitely been awhile. The paddles are made of wood and the grips are very grippy. I like that it came with the feathered balls as I was able to play indoor with them not worring since they dont go too far. They make a nice sound when hitting and its very convenient that it comes with a carrying bag.

The construction is very durable though, and they have a great feel. Lightweight and sturdy, easily maneuverable. That being said, this set is advertised as USAPA approved, which implies a tournament level of play with these paddles. After some time on the courts, I found that these paddles do not produce any spin. The face is very smooth, meaning the ball will slide off instead of grabbing and spinning. Spin is a crucial part in the game, especially at the higher level. I found only the flat shots can be played, and a significant amount of power is required for fast serves to go over the net and land in, and for drives to reach the rear baseline. Overall, the set is nice, including a case for the two paddles, four indoor pickleballs, and two towels. I would recommend these paddles for novice players who do not use spin in their game.

The quality of the premium wood paddles is impressive. They feel sturdy and well-made, providing me with a comfortable grip and control during the game. The bundle is truly a complete package. Along with the two paddles, I received four pickleballs and two birdies. This variety allows me to enjoy different styles of play and challenge myself as I progress. The carrying bag is a thoughtful addition, making it incredibly convenient to transport the set to the court.

Nice pickleball set with a soft carrying case and balls. The paddle is a bit smaller than my other set that is also listed as USAPA approved but no impact when playing. New to pickleball so keep that in mind if the standard size paddles matter to you, it didn't to me as I am new to pickleball. Drawstring case is nice to keep the balls in but I ended up keeping paddles on my other case that was a bit more protective.

Apparently Tennis in easy / casual mode seems to be the fastest growing sport. Probably for the low barrier both in costs and skill level as all ages seem to enjoy it quite a bit. I have seen many parks and tennis courts add the smaller lines for Pickleball in the last couple years and have yet to try it until getting this set. I will say its quite an easy to dive in type of game, nothing too serious and good way to get a bit of cardio and your heart rate up. The carry bag is great so you can just toss it in the trunk and have it ready to any impromptu games. The included birdie shuttlecock things are a pretty cool extra as you an juggle that yourself too for a bit of a dexterity building activity. Great all in one set, grab and go for your casual plastic tennis needs. Old people and young alike will unite over this. Lets goooooooo neato

If you're looking for gear to get started to learn pickleball, then look no further. I am very impressed with this set. You get two wooden paddles, two indoor balls, two outdoor ball, two fuzzyminton birdies, a carrying bag for the gear and an introductory guide to learn about the game. The guide is a great addition to this set which covers a bit of pickleball history and rules of the game. A definite must have if you are just starting out and would like to have a handy guide. The paddles have a comfortable grip and they vary a bit in weight I assume due to the density of the wood. The black paddle in the set I received weighs 9.8 oz. and the white paddle weighs 10.6 oz. Compared to two other fiberglass paddles I have which are 7.9 and 8 oz. I've only played with the outdoor balls and the have a nice bounce to them and weigh 1 oz. each. So, if you're just starting out or would like to gift a set for someone this is a great choice.
