This review is from an experienced player, my DUPR rating is between a 4.0 and 4.5. My primary paddle is a CRBN H3, it's an excellent paddle, but I wanted a secondary paddle to change things up. I gave myself two qualifications: first, it shouldn't be similar to my primary paddle; second: it has to be economic. After doing some research I made this purchase, and have been pleased. The Cerus Gear allows me to practice different parts of my game, I can handle overhead smashes and hard drives well, and is an excellent dinking paddle. Also, this cost is very competitive. So, if you are a beginner, I highly recommend this paddle, it will allow to learn the game and you will not have to worry about if your paddle is sufficient. If you are an intermediate player, this paddle will not hold you back as you progress your skills level. And if you're an advanced player, this paddle gives you options, especially if you are placing position over power. Further, you will like the way this paddle is packaged and shipped. I think that, if the company is prioritizing the small things, like way their product is packaged and shipped, the bigger things are a given. Enjoy.
