This is a great paddle for players of all levels. With the right weight modifications, it plays like a $200 dollar paddle. I have tried many other paddles including the Joola MOD-TA, Vatic, Facolos, Sypik and Holbrook, and I must say that I enjoyed playing with this more than any of them. This felt right from day 1. I added 6g of weights to the handle, and a further 6g to the throat. It was impossible to miss the sweet spot. Spin was aplenty and my control was on point. Shots were extremely accurate. At $40 when on sale, this is a no brainer. In certain parts of Asia including Malaysia, the Lanala Vision is sold as the Legendtek Vision. It's the same paddle. I recently picked up the Lanala Vision 16mm pickleball paddle, and after several sessions on the court, I’m genuinely impressed. First off, the 16mm core thickness offers a fantastic balance between control and power. It gives a really soft, connected feel when dinking and volleying, but it still has plenty of pop when you drive the ball. One of the standout features is the foam edges. They seriously elevate the playability—miss-hits off the edge feel much more forgiving compared to traditional paddles. You get a cleaner, more consistent response across the entire face. Plus, the foam helps reduce vibrations, which makes it easier on the arm during longer matches (huge if you’re prone to any elbow or wrist soreness). The paddle itself feels premium: the face texture provides just the right amount of spin potential without being overly aggressive, and the handle is super comfortable, with a tacky grip that holds up even when your hands get sweaty. Overall, the Lanala Vision 16mm is a great option for intermediate to advanced players who want a control-focused paddle with a little extra forgiveness thanks to the foam edge design.
