This MTEN T700 Carbon Fiber paddle is a paddle for either beginners or advanced players -- for beginners, because they can start Pickleball right away with a lightweight, quality paddle that offers room to advance their technique. I would actually recommend starting out with a better paddle when beginning with the sport because a paddle like this MTEN helps to play easier and more controlled and leads to better results from the get-go. The textured surface allows to achieve nice spins for the ball. Advanced players will like and appreciate that spin feature, the 16mm thickness, and the large sweet spot of this paddle. I think it allows for much control. Only, as expected, the bounce in the corners is weaker. This is a lightweight paddle and well balanced with, subjectively spoken, a minimal shift to the front (the paddle) which allows to play fast balls. Also, hand and wrist do not get tired easily. With this paddle I want to point out the thickness of the grip which I like very much, I would say it is on the thicker side of the spectrum and for my hands it feels very comfortable and gives me a very controlled grip. All players are different: arm length, hand size and strength, style, and other factors come into play when you want to find your perfect paddle. Weight of this paddle is ca. 8.25 oz / 234 grams. I recommend this MTEN T700 Carbon Fiber paddle for beginners and advanced players.

Nice quality, good power, easy handling: This pickleball paddle is ideal for intermediate players who have a decent amount of skill and are looking to upgrade from beginner-quality paddles - the product's quality is very much in line with the current ~$70 price tag, so you do get what you pay for with this. The product's carbon fiber materials really enhance the rigidity of the product, especially when paired with the edge guard, which helps to both protect the paddle and enhance the power capabilities of the sweet spot area. The power, on clean shots, is very good and can really get the ball moving quite fast. The handling and ball control are good for the price but not as excellent as the power capabilities, and there are other paddles (with rougher textures) that do provide better ball handling, but the difference is subtle. The grip and handling of the paddle are pretty standard but work very well even while sweating. Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

This paddle feels excellent in your hand and it has a very satisfying sound when balls make contact. When I play with this paddle, i instantly feel my game is better compared to using other paddles. The balls spin well with this paddle and I can return incoming balls with ease and great control.

M10 is a solid paddle and very comparable to other paddles in the same price and performance range. Standard but preferred size/weight/dimensions specs. Good pop and grit for spin. I like that its USAPA approved feels well constructed/balanced. I wish it came with a cover or at least a paddle eraser/cleaner. At list price it’s fairly average but they have a discount coupon pricing it a bit more competitively vs comparable alternative. Net-net it’s a M10 but maybe not a SpinalTap M11! Pickle!

I'm pretty new to pickleball, only having played less than a dozen times. But every time I played, I never really thought about the paddle I was using. I typically borrowed whoever's was available. And most of my friends had pretty standard basic paddles. When I saw this, I thought it could be a good opportunity to try something with a bit more quality, to really see if I could feel a difference. And like I said, I'm pretty novice at pickle ball, so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I really did enjoy using this paddle. It felt good in the hand, and the lightweightness of it really made me feel like I had more control and had to put less "effort" into each swing.

This is an excellent paddle. Good grit and weight. Comes fully setup with weight. Good striking and pop. Quality paddle for beginners and will really mean a lot to intermediate and advanced players. Soft handle. Overall well made.
